Speaker’s Biography
Graeme Fergusson is the MD of Decom Energy Limited, the parent company of Fairfield Energy, whose main focus is to develop the Group’s future strategic direction beyond the Dunlin Cluster Decommissioning Project. Graeme joined the Fairfield Group in 2011 and progressed to become CFO later in his tenure, where he was instrumental in delivering the transition of the Fair eld Group to become a Decommissioning Operator. A Chartered Accountant by background, Graeme has 12+ years experience in Upstream Oil & Gas with Kerr McGee, Ineos and most materially with BP with roles in the North Sea, London and North Africa.

Decom Energy Limited is the parent company of the Fairfield Energy Group. Its primary focus is to build on the significant expertise gained as the Operator of the Dunlin Cluster fields, to provide a late life operations and decommissioning solution, as a Decommissioning Operator across the UK Continental Shelf.
