Speaker’s Biography
Dr Henriëtte van Niekerk is the Global Head of Dry Bulk Freight Analysis and a company director at Clarksons Platou. She joined the Company in April 2005 and is based in London. Her team’s analysis oversees dry bulk commodities, ship chartering, newbuildings, sale and purchase, demolition and capital markets. Prior to joining Clarksons, Henriëtte was with the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa where she lectured in maritime and transport related matters and acted as a transport consultant.
