A veteran of the coloured gemstone industry and an African by birth, Ian has held a unique passion and interest in gemstones since childhood. The decision to combine his proven business leadership and marketing skills with his knowledge of mining, his African heritage and his acute love of gemstones has led to the dynamic transformation of the coloured gemstone sector, the pioneering of many of the industry’s most innovative strategies and the respect of his peers.
