Speaker’s Biography
Lee has experience in all aspects of corporate transactions and has led complex, cross-border assignments covering valuation, buy side diligence, sell-side diligence, public debt and equity offerings, bid defence strategies and infrastructure advisory. He has worked in numerous countries, including the CIS, North and South America, Australia and Africa. Lee joined EY’s transaction team in 2004 and has worked almost exclusively in the natural resources sector since, with a focus on buy-side and sell-side due diligence and public market listings. Lee became EY partner in 2009, then later was asked to head the global transaction focus in mining and metals.
